Lawn mower grave yard?

Where does one take a non working, old lawn mower, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Are there any lawn mower grave yards anywhere within the city? What about in the Brady landfill sight? Also, I am searching for free parts for the one I have now. Please let me know where I can find this, thank you.
