Do you think Canadians have an accent?

I'm from the Midwest and I think Canadians (mainly in Saskatchewan & Manitoba) have the same accent as people from MN. What do you guys think? The midwest & Canada even use the same exact "slang" words, that the rest of the usa doesnt use. :)
