Will Ontario AQ courses help you teach in Manitoba?

I have a four year honours BA and a one year BEd and have been hired to teach in Manitoba. I was looking into taking the intermediate ABQ in Ontario but wanted to know if it would even help me if I am going to be teaching in Manitoba? Will it help me get a higher pay scale? or get future work?
