I want to move to practise my english ,im thinking about Canada (meybe) , wish city do you think is the best?

There are really only three suitable cities in the provinces you stated you want to move to. Of those three, Calgary is your best choice. Edmonton and Winnipeg are really cold cities and have a lot of crime. So I wouldn't suggest going to those cities at all.
