I am plus sized and in need of finding a grad dress. Where can I find one?

I'm a plus sized girl, who carrys A lot of my weight in my stomach. Where in Winnipeg Manitoba can I find a dress this late and still get it fitted and whatnot in time for June 25th. I know I won't be able to order them in time, but have to get whats on the rack. Where can I go?
