Teaching in western Canada?

Does anyone know where is central to western Canada has the highest demand for teaching? I'm finding it difficult to find any information on Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. If you could let me know which websites to look at or if you have any personal information that would be very helpful. Oh and also, if you know the starting pay scales. Thanks!
