Why hasn't Stephen Harper graced Quebec with a visit?
If Quebec, Manitoba, and Alberta have natural disasters and the Prime Minister only visits Manitoba and Alberta, I have to wonder if he resents the people in Quebec since they are French and French people are BAD because, um, they're French! Yeah...
